This year of Peniel was one of the best! I have learned so much! I figured out the path way God has picked out for me. I stepped in this camp with confused thoughts but stepped out with a clear picture. God has opened my eyes. But other than that the worship and sermons were amazing and very encouraging. Even the sports and activities were fun even if I wasn’t that good at it. All-in-all Peniel was a truly great experience. I don’t regret coming and I’m looking forward to Peniel 2012! (Andrea I)

When I came to Peniel, I was really only looking forward to having fun and to hang out with friends and not for God. Once I got here, my perspective changed during the first session where I really felt God and the Holy Spirit. During the worship, the songs were really powerful and I could not keep still. I had to raise my hands and dance and praise the Lord. The theme of this camp was “Energized” and this theme was very appropriate because I know that we felt energized this week. We were filled with the Holy Spirit and many of us receive many gifts and were baptized with the Holy Spirit. There were visions, prophecies, and many other amazing things happened. God spoke through the Holy Spirit through me. I received the gift of prophecy here and I know that God is going to use me for the advancement of His Kingdom. I am willing to do anything for Him. I thank God for all he has done for me, He has blessed me in so many ways and I know that he will continue his work in my life! I thank Him for shedding His blood on the cross for me! This was the greatest sacrifice ever! I also thank everyone who put this camp together and especially I thank Oli for all he has done! (Robin S)

I came to Peniel expecting an ordinary time but I left with a prophecy for me that directed me to a specific ministry. I left with witnessing more than 25 prophecies and over 10 souls receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit. I left with an exceptional understanding of the baptism with the Holy Spirit and what is all about. The late nights gathered in prayer and worship in the dormitories and in the jungle gym will forever leave an impression in me. The fellowship with people from all around the West Coast in worship, prayer, volleyball, zip lining, rock repelling, canoeing, ping pong, swimming, rock climbing, and during meals was an experience of a life time. I left with a large community of friends that I can depend on throughout my life. I left Peniel having an extraordinary time. (Michael Hurduc)
